The customer service at this place is awful. Specifically Stephanie and Larissa at the front desk check-in. They seemed very irritated and annoyed to help us from the start. The questions we asked seemed like an inconvenience to both of them. It was so disappointing! Especially for the amount of money we paid to come here. The guys managing the race course were great and very friendly. Should definitely train the staff a little more to be more friendly, especially those working at the front.
