  • Worst experience buying furniture ever. Stay away from this place. Bought bedroom furniture. Upon delivery every piece was damaged. This was in December. Delivery kept being pushed back every week. Don't believe a word they say. Redelivered furniture yesterday and again furniture was damaged even after being told it was going to be inspected by the asst mgr of delivery. I refused the delivery, called the asst mgr and she told me she inspected every piece...lied to my face. Drawers were damaged and would not open/ lose properly. Asked for my money back and now going through a song a dance...someone from corporate would call me back. Had to call the store the next day because , of course, corporate didn't call. Finally got someone to call me and is was a low level employee who had no jurisdiction to authorize a refund. So frustrating. They have my money, I have worthless, damaged furniture. Seriously considering filing a complaint with BBB and the States Attorney General. I'm fed up with their tactics and the lack of response. I just want back every dollar that I paid toward this worthless furniture. If I could have given them zero stars I would have!
