I have been dealing with this 1 star company should be 0 star company since April 2015! I bundled with directv who gets 5 stars in my book. Directv needs to divorce centurylink immediately! 0 customer service . Abrasive reps & managers! Although I have $0 balance . Cynthia from centurylink shut off my directv yesterday! I was on a 3 way conference call for 2 days! Centurylink refuses to budge or uphold their end of the deal. Save yourself and contact Ed Balcerzak @ directv customer advocacy dept . He promises to resolve within 24 hours!? Sonya with directv gets 5 stars ! Eeek me thinks not
