  • I have gone to this place previously and have not have any problems. I went there today and it took 15 mins for my drink to be done. The lady was working by herself and I felt bad for her. There was only 1 person in front to me so I'm not really sure what the hold up was. Anyway, I asked her for a refund since I was in a hurry but instead she made my drink really fast and just handed it to me. I didn't taste the drink till I started driving...by then it was too late to go back for a refund. The milk tea tasted so watery that I didn't even know what I was drinking. I even tried to call the business 4x to let them know the situation but nobody ever answered. There's $5.14 down the drain.
