  • We moved into our current home (from another we were at for twelve years) about six years ago. We never used a professional exterminator until about five years ago. I was a little skeptical about using one but I took a gamble on Burns Pest Elimination and haven't looked back. It was a little rocky for about the first 18 months because our area did not have a regular technician assigned so each time we were do for service I would have to re-explain everything which got a little tedious. The service was good but I had to call back for a retreat on one or two occasions. That all changed when Tommy Arthur was assigned. Tommy has been our exterminating technician for about two to three years now and he has been wonderful. He is very personable and listens to the customer's wishes and concerns. I can be a little picky about things but with Tommy it's never an issue. He has always been willing to go beyond the standards just to make me happy. I never have to worry anymore about the service we get because he knows exactly what to do and he takes great care in treating our property. I have never had to call back for a retreat under Burns satisfaction policy with Tommy at the helm. Had Tommy been our guy from the start I would have happily given a five star rating. I hope Burns realizes what kind of employee they have in Tommy and treat him accordingly. He represents the company well and I would be very disappointed if we were ever to lose him. Burns, please reward Tommy for a job well done!!!
