  • My husband and I tried to file a claim and they denied it because "we packed it all ourselves." Believe me, if I knew what they would do to my things I would have never chosen them. They claimed we needed more space in the truck for what we were quoted and demanded we pay a ton more. What they denied to tell us was they would still make it fit into the space they had quoted us the first time despite how much more money we had to spend. They crammed our stuff so bad many boxes looked as smashed as if someone took a baseball bat to them. Many treasures were utterly shattered. I cannot recommend this company to anyone who needs to move. They do it by using different semi trucks they contract with across the country therefore the truck that brings your stuff is one of many that are not related to the company, makes it hard to track them down...
