  • I found them through zillow mortgage and they offered a competitie rate. However the rating are very deceptive. Its been over 4 months (yes F O U R months) and my simple refi hasnt closed. I follow up everyday with a call and an email, but response rate is extremely poor. they seem to have taken more work than they can process. keeping fingers crossed that my mortgage closest soonest Additionally, my review at zillow mortgage site for roundpoint was never posted. Zillow seems to be promoting roundpoint and only posting good reviews. Jointly deceiving consumers.....shame on your zillow and roundpoint.
