  • I brought my car in for routine maintenance. I couldn't get a rental car under warranty, so I had to rent one myself. I asked to have some scratches looked at, I was told they wouldn't be able to fix them. Then, one week after I took my car in, it stopped running. So I was stuck on the side of the road for an hour. I had to pay out of pocket for a new battery. Not a big deal, but my car should not have broken down one week after being taken in. Obviously maintenance was not performed correctly and now I had to miss out on work and more money because of the inability of the maintenance staff to do their job. I have had nothing but problems with this car and this "warranty" that I feel doesn't exist. I have never had so many problems with a car or with a company that has not been able to provide me with any real and helpful service. I've had a good experience here in the past, I guess service has really fallen off. Maybe I don't get treated well because I didn't buy my car at this specific location.
