Rented a tux for an event I went to and as I was getting ready to put the jacket on, the top button fell off. Didn't even get a chance to try and use that top button. When I returned the tux, the employee told me I would be reimbursed the next day. Received a call the next day from the manager apologizing and said they do not reimburse. Even though the employee said the malfunction was probably from whoever sewed the button at warehouse, they still charged me full price. Kind of confusing why they'd charge full freight for a defected tux.
