  • I just wanted to write a review about an awesome experience with a extraordinary young sales associate named Ioannis Fanopoulos (Yonnis). From start to finish he was patient, informative, polite, knowledgeable, and very sincere. He went above and beyond the normal I felt like for me. Not just to make a sale either. Just to make me happy. He never pushed anything or even tried to sell me on merchandise. He was just there to show me and let me make my mind up. Then informed me of warranties and how the worked. Before you know I ended up purchasing several items. He orderd them special for me and kept his word on when it would arrive. When I went to pick them up he had them all shined and boxed ready to roll. If you are shopping for jewelry and are in the neighborhood of West town Mall I would recommend stopping in and talking to this young man. He will point you in the right direction. Also he will get you the best price possible. Thank you for a wonderful experience. You just earned your company a new customer. I will be referring people to you and your store.
