This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I went into Sun cleaners on Monday afternoon and was told that my shirt would be done by Friday morning that week. The owner told me he had boiler problems and that was why it would take longer. I let him know I needed to wear this shirt on Saturday so I definitely needed to pick it up Friday. He took my information and printed my receipt with the Friday pick up time. I went in today( Friday afternoon) to pick up my shirt and he had NOT cleaned it! I told him I had to wear it the next day- he said "I'm sorry but my boilers broke on Monday -I told him I knew that but reminded him that he had reassured me it would still be cleaned by Friday. I told him I was really frustrated because I could have easily taken my shirt elsewhere but kept it at his shop because he led me to believe it would be done. I also told him I thought he should have at least called me or other customers he promised items to so they could decide if they should take them elsewhere (or at least give them the option) he actually said to me "it's not a problem (which I'm not sure what he meant by that?) and "I said I was sorry" and just handed me my shirt. If this man would have at least seemed remorseful or profusely apologized OR offered to fix the problem I would not be writing this review. Bottom line is he absolutely did not care about his mistake and did not care at all if he lost a customer. I was really shocked at his behavior and will be shocked if this company stays in business.
