  • Started the auto buying process through Costco who provided dealers to contact. This is where my wife and I connected with Zach Radosevich (Internet Sales manager) @ Right Honda. Right off the bat, we felt comfortable with Zach. We came in to research/test drive the 2017 Honda Pilot but ended up making a purchase. During the process, my wife decided she liked the vehicle and we began to work on a deal. Zach was helpful, knowledgeable about the vehicle, and open about the pricing. No hard selling and we came to an agreement on price that we felt was fair. The model and color was not on the lot but Zach was able to quickly locate and had it ready for us when we returned. When it was time to pick up the vehicle, Zach was unable to turn over the vehicle to us, but he had his colleague, Adrien Malamitsas go over the vehicle with us. Again, excellent customer service was provided by Adrien. This was our best car buying experience. Highly recommend
