  • Had been a patient of this practice since Dr. Mark Hansen & Jennifer Austin were here. Went downhill since the focus on concierge care. Multiple emails a day about hormone replacement therapy and other goofy fad items. I just want a regular family practice for my one or twice a year visits when I'm sick. Final straw was finding out the NP I had been seeing was hired here after being fired from her last position and sanctioned by the AZ nursing board. Go elsewhere.
