  • Tommy Hilfiger- They were very understaffed for a weekend. Just two cashiers meant long lines, I couldn't find anyone to unlock the dressing room and when the store manager interrupted our transaction to discuss the cashiers schedule, I almost lost it. Horrible customer service!! Rack Room Shoes had very helpful staff though. The outlet mall itself is fine, but the parking is limited.
