Love this location!!
I have been coming here for three years now and I have watched the transition from Extreme fitness to Goodlife. The only thing I don't understand is why they had to take the monitors off of the stationary bikes in the RPM room... now there is no way to track your progress, KM's ridden, or calories burned (unless you have a HR monitor of course) -_- grr..
Overall its a great gym with lots of variety of equipment, I feel this gym could use more rope pulleys, stair masters, stretching machines, and smith machines! Otherwise it's pretty much perfect. :) The amount of classes are great too with good times to fit anyone's schedule, lunches and before/after work make this ideal for people working in the financial district like myself.
Staff are all super chill too from the trainers to the instructors, and towel handers/ tag scanners. (Just watch out for those pesky sales guys they'll annoy the hell out of you for anyone you know to sign up because 90% of people have a membership with Goodlife already.. rough life, go cry to/ annoy someone else :)
Now GO WORKOUT! :D
