  • PSA: Don't be afraid of the long line outside! When we were dropped off by our uber the line was already to the stop sign on the street corner, but it only took about 10 minutes to get inside - and totally worth the wait. Hoppin' is such a refreshing, bright space, and a great new addition to the area. The concept is awesome -- pour your own taste of whatever 50+ craft beers, wine, or cider, as much (or little) as you want. Their sophisticated pour technology measures and prices your pour to the hundredth of an ounce... pretty darn cool. The interior is very open and modern with games on both floors, plus a decently sized back patio. It was super packed late afternoon on Saturday but we all managed to grab a seat upstairs. The staff was great, especially the guy who walked us through how the system worked - very knowledgeable and clearly passionate about beer and his customers' experience. Definitely looking forward to our next visit!
