  • Amanda Lopez & Evelyn out of the Peoria office were terrible to deal with. This company kept a part of my security deposit based on an accounting error and when I called to address the matter, I was hung up on by Evelyn after being told I was wrong. I called back and got their voicemail. I left a message addressing the issue & complaint I had about Evelyn and did not get a response. Another rep named Amanda Lopez acknowledged the error via email and said they will be sending me a refund. I asked how I can address my complaint against Evelyn & she ignored my request. Since they refused to handle this internally, maybe this can get their attention. Invitation home has rude employees and I would never recommend anyone do business with this company!
