  • Recently purchased an Omega watch from their new boutique. I dealt mostly with Elizabeth, and her manager, Ryan. Both of them were VERY approachable and willing to strike a good deal after making it clear I had done some research beforehand. The reason I gave only 4 stars is because the payment process did not go smoothly. The computer & point of sale at the front was not working properly. It was only after a long delay did Ryan step in and complete the transaction at another terminal.
