  • Refinance hell! The sales & service teams are awesome. But man, if you dare to get your car refinanced by anyone else, their Finance manager, KC flushes all the positive experiences down the drain. There is zero communication within the team & with customers. He was sitting on my paperwork 'assuming' it was processed. Every time I ask him for an update on the process or when I can expect my check, he makes up a bunch of lies & never follow through on his word. Embarrassingly pathetic!
