  • This was first time at an AT&T store. A store employee open the door for me as I approached the entrance. Another gentleman with locs warmly greeted me in his NFL jersey. I assumed that workers are allowed to wear sports attire on Sundays, which is pretty cool. My iPhone had been giving me some challenges ever since I returned from South America. It took the guy with the jersey less than 5 minutes to fix my phone and send me on my merry way. Overall, this AT&T delivered an outstanding customer experience.
