  • First time to this office and had to leave a urine sample, it was odd that they don't print out your name on a label, you write it in yourself (I've never seen it done like this.) And the bathroom was messy! There was rolls of toilet paper all over the floor along with paper towels. It looked more like a mall public bathroom instead of a Dr's office restroom. Then when I went to leave my sample in the metal box, I shockingly saw someone else's urine sample still in there! Gross!
