  • Duane Forstie is great! Fast service in getting out to our house and he didn't hesitate to call in an adviser to see if they could save me money. AND THEY DID! But after the quote and I gave them $200 for a deposit, I never could get any service. Tim kept forgetting to call me, couldn't return a call, had me chasing him down for answers. Lousy customer service and follow through. Then when I called to speak to the manager, guess who intervened? Tim. So instead of having a developmental discussion with his manager about helping Tim develop some professional skills, I'm having that discussion here via Yelp. Tim missed a golden opportunity to have that as a private discussion and turn this into a 3, maybe 4 star review. The work they did was great. No issues there. I believe their crew to be gifted at their craft. It just takes an act of congress to find out when they will be at your place.
