  • Today I returned to get my nails done due to the fact that 4 nails had fallen off .It wasn't even a week and 3 fell off.They looked ok at first nothing  amazing .At my return visit the lady didn't remove  the nails and start over with a entire new set like I asked. She just put new ones on the ones that were missing and filed them down and then started the dip powder process. They looked horrible very thick and the older nails you could  see the cuticle and everytime I would tell her she would say that "its great " "so pretty" completely ignoring me and my concerns .I know that she was rushing because I was the last customer and everyone was waiting for me to go so they could leave. It was extremely uncomfortable. It was expensive and a horrible result and insulting that my concerns were ignored. My advice  NEVER GO HERE  UNLESS YOU WANT THICK UNEVEN UGLY FAKE LOOKING NAILS.
