| - Affordable apartments- they offer 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms. Maintenance comes pretty fast from my experience and they are nice people, including the manager and other staff members who work in the main office. The gym use to be 24 hrs, but recently made it open only during office hours due to one of the residents breaking the treadmill, which is very unfortunate cause it's one of the reasons why my boyfriend and I chose this complex. There is a roach problem, but pest control is in the complex every Thursday- you have to request that they come by your apartment to spray, and be detailed about where you would like them to spray. They are willing to fumigate apartment upon request. The children who reside in the complex are usually outside playing at the basketball court and playground area regularly, so it's hard to concentrate if you study a lot due to high level of noise. Some of the residents appear to be lazy as well, occasionally you will find bags of trash lying around that they take halfway to the dumpster and end up leaving in the parking lot. I've seen bags of garbage a few times already, it's unfortunate since it's not something you would think you have to deal with- I've actually taken the trash and put it in the dumpster for whoever is the one leaving it in the lot. They do have a hot tub and pool by the main office, it's usually neatly kept except for when the residents leave trash around. The worse part about the complex is the messy residents and roaches, but the staff are friendly and the rent is affordable. You also get discounts (they waive the application fee) for being a UNLV student, which is another benefit of getting an apartment at this complex. It's not a bad complex to live in if it's your first time getting an apartment.
