  • Shawn McGuire, FNP, was the provider. I was misdiagnosed, treated like I was a contagious freak, and then called in the wrong prescriptions. When attempting to deal with the issue and horrible care I spoke to Ronnie Hamm, the patient liaison who was unsympathetic, rude, and heartless. I have been mortified and humiliated by the treatment I have received from them. They way they are handling it is even worse.
