This company is the worst! Before we even started using them as a provider we already hated them! we got 5 different quotes on what would be our monthly bill and how many MB we could get! Once we finally got through to someone we set up our account and got the ball rolling. On set up day they didn't set up our internet properly as they connected it to the wrong apartment. After arguing with them over the phone for hours they finally sent someone out to fix the problem. Once we got the internet (which is shitty slow) we got our first bill. $100 + for our first bill. First off they charged us for set up even though they said that they wouldn't as it got so messed up and then they charged us for home phone service for $99 a month which we never asked for. After sitting on the phone for an hour and a half each day waiting for someone to pick up the phone we finally got through to someone to talk about our issues. 4 months later they finally fixed our bill and tried to charge us late fees due to them not fixing our bill in the first place. So then we had to call every day until they fixed this issue. I swear no one ever knows what is going on over there and every time you try to talk to someone they make you wait for hours and then when they try fix your stuff they mess it up even more!
If i did not have to have this shitty service i would not, my apartment complex makes us use them and i cannot wait to move out in a couple of months and get rid of them!
