There was a recent change in property management and I'm less than impressed. My air conditioning went out last month and it took 4 days to fix. They reimbursed my motel bill but refused to reimburse any food, even though two of the staff said they would and it was impossible to be in the apartment for any length of time to cook anything.
In addition, the new team decided to impose the safe community act without notifying anyone. What this means is that nobody is allowed to back into their parking space, and if you did, they instructed their towing company to tag your car threatening to tow the car if you didn't move it. These tags are laden with a strong glue and difficult to remove. They claim that the policy lapsed under the prior management team...you'd think they would have checked this out before tagging half the cars in the complex. I've been backing into my space for about a year and never heard of this policy.
