rev:text	We were in Las Vegas for the Nascar race when I had 2 u-joints go out on my 96 F350. It was a Friday at 8am and I was very afraid my truck would be down for the weekend. I stopped at the Meineke on S. Nellis Blvd as it was close to where we were staying. I had also read some glowing remarks about this location and in particular, Cindy, on Yelp. When I arrived I was greeted with a smile by Cindy. After discussing what I needed done she said they were pretty booked up but said one way or another they would get me back on the road that day! Now I need to mention my truck is no ordinary F350. It's big...like 11" of lift on 40" tires big...and it's my baby. I don't trust just anybody to work on it but after talking with Cindy, who listened to my input and used the parts I suggested, I was confident my truck was in good hands. When I got the call at 2 pm saying my truck was done and ready to go I was ecstatic. When I arrived the truck was still sitting where I had parked it...hmmm. I went inside assuming there might have been issues but again Cindy set me at ease and said everything went well, they used the parts I requested and not only that, their mechanic took the driveshaft out in the parking lot and took it inside to work on it! Cindy explained the work that was done, informed me about warranties, etc. and I was on my way. The repair was perfect and the parts performed flawlessly throughout the remainder of my stay and the 1100 mile, 20 hour, non-stop drive home. I have been in retail auto parts for 30 years and I can honestly say this is one of the best experiences I have ever had at ANY auto repair facility. From the cleanliness of the location to the professionalism and courteousness of the staff, especially Cindy, I would recommend this Meineke location to everyone I know. It's a shame I am 1100 miles away and can't use them regularly! Well done Meineke...well done.
