| - One star is too much to this scam artist landlord management office.
Trust me, in case if you decide to go their office just because you've no other choices please be aware about their reputation before you sign any documents with them.
Now you're about to deal with the worse people on earth you've ever seen in your life, for that reason I've to share my best advice before you deal with them.
- Make sure you save every documents you sign with them.
- take a picture of the property that you are about to lease including a video version as well.
- when you do inspect the property, make sure you take pictures that show every part of the unit.
Such as:
- Any damage on wall, every doors nob, hinges, lights, floor (must show how dirty or clean was)
- Do the same thing during your exit from the property.
- They don't necessarily walk with you during inspection just like they did to me. Instead they'll tell you to do your owen and then they need you to inform them any defect you found. Don't be full with their inspiration form, the form they gave you, may not be enough to explain the defects you may found, write on extra paper and make sure you let them to sign on it, and keep the copy for your record.
- This basic procedures definitely will help you to save your deposit money when you decide leave the unit.
After you did all that don't be surprise if they attempt to take your sec. deposit $. This is the most common practice they do.
Be aware about thier dirty game and protect yourself from scam artist.
