  • Well, I have nothing but good to say about Dr. Allen and his practice. I went to him in September 2015, looking for a Whole Foods Plant Based approach to getting my weight, diabetes, blood pressure and health under control. He was on several reputable Vegan websites and he was just what I needed. I am down 25 lbs, off almost all medications and I did purchase a year of follow up visits. Was it expensive yes, because insurance only pays for the labs. They do not yet pay for a whole foods plant based medical approach, which they should. Conventional medicine left me sad, sick, over medicated and exhausted and unhealthy. I feel great and do all my follow up apts. Via Skype as I live about 8 hours away. I guess if you are seeking a natural approach to medicine and a healthier lifestyle through strict dietary changes that will make you feel and look wonderful, this is the place for you, and ME! Thank you-
