  • I moved into Rockledge Fairways Apartments last month. The complex is always cleaned and seems to be maintained. I constantly see maintenance making their rounds around the apartments and always with a smile. The neighbors seem to be pretty quiet and to themselves. Kristin and Tyler in the front office are awesome! Always smiling, welcoming and eager to help with whatever. My only complain would be parking, i know that they are now putting green "OPEN PARKING" signs on parking spots that are currently not occupied which has helped. Other than that I am pleased with Greystar! :)
