  • I'm Vietnamese from Vietnam and I must say the food here is decent, but the customer service is terrible. I've been to this place so many times since my family likes Vietnamese food and they have many other dishes besides pho, so it's not a bad option for a large party. If you order food to go over the phone then don't expect them to make it for you beforehand unless you come in and pay first, or at least that's always the case for me. The last time I was there to pick up some food they didn't have it ready for me so I ended up waiting, and when they're done they didn't even bother to bring it to me while I was sitting in the front wondering why it was taking so long. The crispy noodles were not that crispy and I was very disappointed considering it used to be very good. I have had many bad experiences with the customer service I don't think I will return any time soon. Some of the waiters are rather rude. But overall the food is alright, I've had better.
