  • So, In my newness to Vegas, I thought it better to find a place I wouldn't have to be committed to on the long term. Met some nice gals who stayed here and have been here for a couple of months. A couple of things, we stay on the second floor overlooking a barren field of trash....and the parking lot. The carport has a ton of trash and debris on it to add to the view, a little clean up wouldn't hurt. The area isn't awful, but it isn't the best. My neighbors are pretty much all Hispanic, and the ones I have met are very nice....particularly the old man who is chilling with his Bud light chilling out front in his patio chair each morning. Nice guy and the exchange of miscommunicated pleasantries adds nicely to the start of my day. My primary issue in my short stay is the pool. I was fortunate enough to come to Vegas during their hottest June on record. Less fortunate to stay somewhere that has a broken pool that they seem reluctant to fix for whatever reason...apparently it's the hot tubs fault? They've given the run around to no end, you ask a couple times and you quit asking. I'm fortunate enough to have the ability to leave. I've been told they ripped up all their grass and now the terrain is all dirt, but the good news is that it's watered daily. My car was only rifled through once, which is partly my fault as I prefer to let potential thieves take a look at my lack of worthwhile belongings rather than having a broken window on my car to pay for. Extra half star for the guy who comes through the complex with his cart selling elotas, nice treat to have after a long day after work. All in all, decent place but I think you can do better for the money in my opinion.
