  • Just went there after hearing about it being a good place for shave ice and was disappointed. I asked for a to-go cup and the heavy cream topping. When I started eating what I thought was going to be good and was disappointed to find there was barely any shave ice in the cup! On top of that, they didn't add enough syrup to even get flavor into the bottom half of the shave ice. They would have forgotten the ice cap (cream topping) if I had not said something either. Definitely not happy with my experience
