Poor customer service
I went in with a photo to get a hair cut
I generally get my hair cut at an Aveda Salon but my stylist did not have any appointments and I'm leaving for vacation.
I asked them to straighten my hair as they cut it to make sure that it was even because my hair is wavy and I straighten it often. They all acted like it was a big issue. I had told the stylist that I did not mind paying extra for her to do that yet , she was running around acting like there was a fire and the assistant manager stuck her nose in it too. There were conversations in front of other customers like us was such a problem. They lost 5 customers today, I will never bring in my kids again. I will stick to my regular hair salon.
