  • Went in today for an Express Service for the oil change and tire rotation and was told by the girl attending the desk it would be at least a 2 hour wait! What kind of EXPRESS service is that? Do they only have one technician on the job? There were at least 4-6 girls and a guy walking around shuffling papers and playing on their computers! What a joke their service is. Last oil change, they changed most of the computer settings on the car, took me over an hour to get most back to where I had them, finally had to take the car back to get them reset to where they were. Will NOT buy from them again unless I see a major improvement in how they treat their customers! Extremely poor customer service here. An idiot knows poor service will ruin a business, and their extended service offering like oil changes, tire rotation service, etc., are only honored at Baierl Honda! So you get free services that you can't use due to their lack of any qualified Express Techs!!!! WOW, at this rate They are not long for being around. Look at all the "1" ratings in the reviews...
