  • Because I can't give zero stars. WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO PIZZA HUT??? It used to be my favorite pizza. Now every time I order it is under cooked or the wrong pizza. Good customer service is not to be found anywhere in this place. When I told the "manager" they they delivered the wrong pizza he acted like it was my fault because the kids already ate some. Then I told him the pan pizza was undercooked and cold and doughey, he told me that is impossible, our pizzas are cooked on a conveyor belt. Then was like, we can pick it up... the kids already ate half of it I told him, they don't know any difference... they see pizza they are going to eat it. Now I hope they don't get sick from eating under cooked dough. What a mess Pizza Hut has become, I guess you get what you pay for now days and $7.99 for a pizza that sucks isn't a good deal.
