  • This is a brand new apartment community in North Scottsdale and one you don't want to miss. It has everything you'd want in an apartment complex and it has things you didn't even knew existed in an apartment home. I just finished the application process and my wife and I cannot wait to move in. The best part of the community though is the leasing agents and the office staff, specifically Lindsey S. We have been to an endless amount of apartment homes trying to find the right place and the staff here is what ultimately made our decision an easy one. Genuine people who know about their industry and aren't trying coerce you into doing anything. She was completely upfront about everything and answered all our questions. She let us decide on our clock and was more than willing to give my wife and I second tour of the property. Before you sign your application at some of the other properties in the area, do yourself a favor and schedule a tour with Lindsey. You will not be disappointed.
