  • So my ac stopped working on the hottest day of the year! I called service on Thursday and they said they could come check it out Friday between 12-5. Of course it was the day of the prom, so it couldn't happen in a worse day. Well it started off shaken, 12 came and went, 2 came and went and at 330 we had to go get pictures so I called and asked if I was still on the schedule.. " yes it's just a busy day" Well I had to leave, thankfully my dad said he would stay... 4 I got a call to say they were on the way At 5 o'clock on the nose, the service man showed up. I have to be fair, after that It went pretty good Simon was our repairman and he quickly found the problem and fixed it. He recommend some fixes and off he went I would recommend Beverly to anyone needed a furnace or ac repaired. They were honest and professional, even though I hate the 5 hour time window they give, I understand and assume that unless it's an emergency, that's the way to schedule repairs
