  • I was a member of that other warehouse shopping establishment (Costco) and just never understood the hype. After the membership expired we joined SAMS. Wow!! What a difference. This location is bright, clean, and they have incredible customer service. You don't see new staff every time you come in. Familiar faces smile, ask if you if you need anything, etc. Oh, and if you do need something they actually get it for you, or walk you to the product. No such thing as "oh it's in aisle 12". You have the same GM (Scott) for as long as we have been going and he is always on the floor helping customers and his staff. You don't see that anymore these days. He got a crane to come over and pull down a pallet off the high shelf so I could get trail mix, and it was damn near closing. Recently I got tires for my car and let's just say Jerry and the whole crew took INCREDIBLE care of me. You have to use them for tires. It's a must. They gave 3 options, told me the pros and cons of each and got it done in about 35 minutes. Just a great place that I actually enjoy going to.
