I scheduled an appointment two weeks ahead of time for me and my husband, but on the day of the appointment they said they don't have information about my insurance which I already gave them when I booked my appointment. They said they tried to call my insurance company but it's already close (EST) and our appointment is 3 and 4pm (PST) I asked them, how come they didn't call me and/or the insurance ahead of time. They said they don't have my number and/or my husband's number which I also gave it to them.
Very disappointed. The front desk person sounds nice but l think she needs to communicate with the patients.
Btw, they told us we can still have our appointment but we need to pay out of pocket.
