I have had two oil changes - one for my 2010 Odyssey and one for 2013 Honda CRV. Terry was quick to notice leakage from the drive axle in the transmission. The staff was VERY helpful seeing if the repair could be done under warranty saving me money, but their losing a job. They got all the information I needed to get it fixed under warranty at no cost to me. Earlier although the "owners manual" suggested a tire rotation on the Honda Odyssey Terry said the tires were wearing well and a rotation was not needed. AGAIN SAVING ME $.
BOTTOM LINE: Trust Terry and his staff to do the BEST FOR ANY CUSTOMER because he's looking for a long term relationship where the customer can trust MAX AUTOMOTIVE to keep my vehicle in tip-top condition.
FUTURE WARRANTY REPAIRS: Terry suggested I bring in my vehicle before the warranty expires so that he can check the car out for repairs that will be covered by the warranty.
