  • I have been coming here for at least 2 years .. we love the food and always enjoy the atmosphere. I bring all my family anytime they are in town. We were here last weekend trying to celebrate a friends bday. They used to have bottomless mimosas and we were so happy! Then they stopped it... then we asked and they accommodated us. We went again and they had the bottomless mimosa back on! We live 30 minutes away by freeway ... we looked it up and then we called and were told yes ... we lyfted there because we don't drink and drive .... We got there and were rudely told no bottomless. we then asked someone else and were told yes .... our waiter seemed annoyed and like a kid went and told his manager . The manager then interrupted our conversation and without an apology told us no. if it hadn't been because we had lyfted here and were still waiting on another friend ,we would have got up and left. When our food arrived - two of us had ordered carne asada tacos and the meat was cold. I ordered the special which was the monte cristo which I was expecting to be crispy but was very soggy. our waiter seemed just unfriendly and annoyed that we were even there, if it wasn't for us putting our plates in a pile he would have never picked them up. I love Chelsea but sadly we will not be coming here nor suggesting this place again. Also maybe they should change their advertisement .
