  • Very difficult to even get a hold of the service department. Have tried on 4 occasions on the last 7 days to get through to a service department individual to get an appointment, leaving two messages. Update: got appointment finally, but unfortunately not a great experience. After being a loyal customer for 3 years, was told that shuttle service going to my workplace would not be possible unless getting major service. Young man at service desk also called me "buddy." Wonderful.
