  • I received horrible customer service today (Sunday) at the pharmacy by the pharmacist (Indian lady). I went in to get meds for either allergies or cold. I had questions about the meds I picked but she was completely stand offish and directed me to the Claritin aisle after having to tell her twice that it doesn't work for me. She wouldn't let me finish telling her my symptoms so it was pretty questionable whether I should by the product. So I had to ask the ladies at the cashier for help. After talking to the cashier I decided to get something stronger behind the counter. At this point, I do not trust her recommendation so I just asked if she would give me the meds behind the counter and she was so so hesitant. She finally gave me something behind the counter but still did not give what I asked. I questioned what she have given me but at the point, I was so done. So horrible.
