I have never felt compelled to write a bad review before dealing with this "company". From beginning to end I was shocked in not only the their service but also just basic professionalism. For over a month I had no working oven and they kept putting me off any time I would try to contact them. 90% of the time they won't even answer their phone. You leave a message and no call back. After finally having enough I got in contact w my home warranty company and was able to use a different company who promptly called and scheduled w me. They were great and guessed correctly as to who I had had a horrible experience with! Obviously I wasn't the first customer or sadly the last to be treated poorly. Here's the icing on the cake though! The new guy that was actually able to fix my oven told me there was no new sensor in my oven. Fidelity had supposedly replaced my sensor in the oven. Nor was it even a sensor that was the issue. Horrible, rude, incompetent and swindlers is how I can describe Fidelity Appliance.
