On my first visit here to purchase tickets there was only one employee working. A business alarm went off without reason and it was at the ticket counter area. Management wouldn't assist to turn it off. After 15-20 mins the employee attempted and did shut off the alarm. And with the alarm going off another employee decided it was a great time to use a hammer drill. And the employee spoke broken English. So buying tickets was not only a grueling task but after I got home I saw she had my drop-off and pick-up at the wrong spot. Moving forward a few days to get on the bus. The high pitched intercom system barely audible. Suppose to be ticket holders only behind the wall and there is more than that. Due to the poor hygiene of the man across from me it appears he may be homeless and came for a nap. The exterior of the building is forever grubby with whatnot, esp unwanted clothing and food containers. Bathroom is always spotless. Free wifi works great.
