  • This is one of Charlotte's special gems of a restaurant and one of my personal favs. Southern inspired, simple, soulful meals that are elegant, yet still remind me of something my mom cooked in our kitchen while growing up in South Carolina. You can't go wrong with the pork, chicken, or steak. Dinner entrees have always been great. Never tried any of the appetizers. The ambience and decor match the taste of the food. It's charming to say the least. Wish I could give it 4.5 stars, because it deserves it.
