Received an email for a birthday offer, the cashier aka manager knew nothing about it. He wouldn't take a moment to listen to me. Kept going back and forth. Contacted customer service. Made my complaint. The General Manager called me after giving my complaint. She never followed up with me like she said she would. How do manager and general manager not know about an email that was sent by their corporation? Very rude service at this location and inconsistency. Ruined my day. I'm
