  • True to form Parma PD still retains the reputation for the most disreputable PD. Setting up a speed trap during rush hour on Sprague Road and pulling over admittedly the slowest moving individual? Other cars whizzing by and the Motorcycle pulls out of the Church parking lot with lights flashing and here I am stunned thinking is he really going to give me a ticket for going 42 miles an hour in a 35 mile zone with all these cars passing me? Guess what he did except he wrote the ticket and recorded on the ticket that it was 50! I have a few questions __ is it normal operating procedure to round up? Seems that is falsifying a legal document. Another question, is it normal for the police to leave and go stand in the nearby empty field and fiddle around with their speed detector for over 10 minutes and then come back to my vehicle and flash it in front of me stating it said 40 something __ guess what still not 50! So, trust the Police? Really? Where is the Honesty? Teach our children they can turn to the Police to keep them safe? Not in Parma...
